We have received a great many more abstract submissions than expected, and we are reviewing them as quickly as possible. We are extending the Early Bird registration deadline for those who received letters of acceptance very recently and those who have not yet received one. You may register using the Early Bird rates up to two weeks after you receive the letter of acceptance. Due to the backlog of reviews, letters of acceptance could arrive near the end of April.
Abstract submission
Please see the official conference website for information on how to submit an abstract. When submitting the abstract please use your email account that is associated with your IACCP account.
Registration
Use the IACCP website to register for the conference. The registration fees are detailed in the table below. Take advantage of our early bird rates and member-only pricing for deep discounts.
Consider joining the association for lower registration fees. The member-only registration fee and the membership fee is lower than the non-member conference registration fee. Always pay membership fee first and then register for the conference to take advantage of the membership discount.
IMPORTANT for local (Indonesian) professional (e.g. non student) registrants!
In order to get Half package (Day 4-5 only) or the Non-presenter rate, follow these steps:
1. Become a member of IACCP
2. Login
3. As an Indonesian professional you will get the IACCP Member Indonesian - presenter rate as the default
4. For non-presenters enter the discount code "NONPRESENTER" under discount and your rate will get adjusted accordingly.
5. For half-package enter the discount code "HALFPACKAGE" under discount and your rate will get adjusted accordingly.
